It was very confusing to chase after agents, frustrating to constantly have unanswered voicemails, and simply inefficient to just wait around. And all our friends who were brokers also shared our lackluster experiences.

That's when we realized we had to build something to ensure business owners, brokers and landlords alike can avoid the painful experiences of leasing in NYC.
